kickstart를 이용하여 linux를 설치하기 위해서는 anaconda-ks.cfg 파일이 필요하다

아나콘다라고도 부르는 이 파일은

리눅스를 설치하면 /root 디렉토리에 기본적으로 생성된다.

이 파일은 설치된 리눅스의 설정에 대한 정보를 담고 있다.

그 정보에는 리눅스에 설치된 패키지(ftp-server, internet 등등), 방화벽의 설정여부

키보드 레이아웃정보, 루트패스워드 등이 있다.

따라서 이 파일을 이용하여 설치할 경우 따로 환경을 설정할 필요가 없다.

아나콘다 파일을 이용하여 설치하고자 할 때도 리눅스 CD 1번이 필요하다

설치방법에는 linux askmethod처럼 여러 방법이 있고

그에 따른 옵션은 다음과 같다

킥스타트 파일이 플로피에 ks.cfg란 파일로 있을 경우

      boot :   linux ks=floppy  혹은 boot : linux ks=hd:fd0:/ks.cfg

킥스타트 파일이 nfs 서버에 있는 경우

      boot :   linux ks=nfs:서버IP:킥스타트 파일 경로

킥스타트 파일이 웹 서버에 있는 경우

      boot : linux ks=http://서버IP/킥스타트 파일 경로

킥스타트 파일이 하드디스크에 있는 경우

      boot : linux ks=hd:하드주소:킥스타트 파일 경로
